GMQ Information Technology Solutions was founded in 2019—just before the world shifted due to the pandemic. When families, students, and workers needed a strong and dependable internet connection more than ever, GMQ stepped up.

What started as a small wireless ISP with point-to-point antennas has grown into a stable and expanding fiber network serving the Cabagan community. Our mission remains simple: deliver fast, reliable, and local internet service you can trust every day.

Mark Quitevis founded GMQ Information Technology Solutions with a vision to provide Cabagan residents access to fast and stable internet—something many areas lacked during the early days of digital shift.

With a background in IT systems, networking, and community service, Mark continues to lead GMQ’s expansion with a focus on quality, integrity, and customer-first service.

2019 — The Beginning

GMQ began as a small wireless ISP using point-to-point radios, serving early customers with dedication and reliability.

2020–2021 — Pandemic Growth

As internet demand surged, GMQ doubled its coverage and helped students and workers stay connected during lockdowns.

2022 — Fiber Network Expansion

GMQ began building its own fiber backbone, upgrading stability and delivering faster, more reliable speeds.

2023–Present — Continuous Improvement

Today, GMQ continues expanding coverage, upgrading systems, improving support, and strengthening fiber infrastructure.
